About Rachel

Rachel is a proud mother of three and a lifelong educator turned Executive Function Coach. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, she spent over a decade teaching in diverse K–12 classrooms before stepping into the world of coaching and wellness.

Her personal journey through trauma, mental health challenges, and healing has deeply shaped the heart of her work. From living for years with the impact of a sexual assault, to rebuilding strength and confidence through Krav Maga and earning her First Degree Black Belt, to navigating a recent hospitalization for depression and anxiety, Rachel understands firsthand what it means to lose stability — and to slowly, intentionally rebuild it. These experiences have strengthened her compassion and informed the way she supports others in creating resilience, clarity, and balance in their daily lives.

Rachel blends her background in education with mindfulness, meditation, and executive function coaching to help clients reduce overwhelm, quiet mental clutter, and create sustainable, supportive routines. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when structure is paired with self-compassion and nervous-system awareness — not pressure, shame, or perfectionism.

In addition to coaching, Rachel creates custom guided meditations tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether the focus is stress relief, emotional regulation, confidence, or mindfulness, her meditations offer a powerful way to deepen self-awareness and support personal growth alongside practical skill-building.

Today, Rachel draws on her experiences as a mother, educator, black belt, and survivor to guide teens and adults in strengthening executive function skills, managing stress, and moving forward with greater confidence and intention. She believes healing and growth are not about “fixing” oneself, but about learning to meet life with presence, patience, and trust — even in its most challenging seasons.

If you’re ready to create clarity, restore balance, and move forward with greater confidence, Rachel would be honored to walk alongside you.
