Structured Learning for Executive Function Support

Not everyone needs (or wants) one-on-one coaching to get started.

This page is for those who prefer to learn at their own pace — through thoughtfully designed, practical learning experiences that support executive function growth, emotional regulation, and sustainable change.

My courses are grounded in the same values as my coaching work:
clarity over pressure, structure with compassion, and progress that works with your nervous system — not against it.

The RESET Method

A flagship guided program

RESET Method is my comprehensive, step-by-step approach to building clarity, balance, and sustainable change.

Designed for adults and college students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to “push through,” RESET focuses on understanding how your nervous system, emotions, and executive function skills work together — and how to create structure that actually supports your life.

This program is ideal if you’re looking for:

  • a deeper, guided learning experience
  • practical tools paired with self-awareness
  • support that goes beyond surface-level productivity tips

RESET Method offers a structured path for creating change without burnout, shame, or perfectionism.

Additional Learning Experiences

In addition to RESET, I am developing structured learning experiences designed to support executive function growth at different stages.

These offerings may focus on specific challenges — such as planning, organization, time management, follow-through, or overwhelm — or provide targeted tools to support clarity and regulation in daily life.

Some courses are designed to stand on their own, while others may complement coaching or larger programs.

More learning experiences will be added over time.

Is a Course Right for You?

Courses may be a good fit if you:

  • prefer self-paced learning
  • want practical tools you can apply right away
  • are looking for a lower-commitment starting point
  • want support around a specific executive function challenge

If you’re unsure whether a course or coaching is the best place to start, you’re always welcome to reach out.

How Courses and Coaching Work Together

Many people choose to combine courses and coaching.

Courses provide structure, education, and tools you can revisit anytime.
Coaching offers personalized guidance, accountability, and deeper support.

There’s no “right” path — only what feels supportive for you.

A quick note

This course library is growing intentionally and thoughtfully.
Each offering is created with care, grounded in lived experience, and designed to support real-life change — not overwhelm.
